Registration Information

In order to register, follow this steps: Registration fees:
  1. Make sure you have created an account in this website. (Click here to create an account).
  2. Go to the payment portal and click on the "Register/Sign In Now" button.
  3. Create an account using the same username you used on your account here. You can check your username on the USER section on the right when logged in.
  4. Select the proper registration fee and follow the instructions for payment.

  • Student Registration: $350 on/before Jan-31-18; $450 beginning Feb-01-18
  • Academic Registration: $600 on/before Jan-31-18; $700 beginning Feb-01-18
  • Goverment Registration: $700 on/before Jan-31-18; $800 beginning Feb-01-18
  • Industrial Registration: $800 on/before Jan-31-18; $900 beginning Feb-01-18

The fee includes access to all sessions, refreshments and coffee breaks, workshop printed materials, welcome reception, and conference dinner.

Registration Deadline: April 10th, 2018

Accepted Payments Methods:
  1. The online registration system will accept credit card and e-check payments.
  2. If you wish to pay with a purchase order or a regular check, call our Registration unit at 848-932-9271 and select option 2.
  3. To pay with electronic funds transfer (Wires and/or ACH), the following is required:

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made on or before April 10, 2018 will receive a refund in the amount of their payment, minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made after April 10, 2018 will receive a refund in the amount of their payment, minus a $100 administrative fee. No refund will be made for cancellations after April 26. Registrations can be transferred to another person at no charge.
